NexusG8
For restaurants & cafes

Your tables are full of guests you will never hear from again.Turn every table into a regular.

One card on the table does three jobs. Guests call staff without waving, they open your menu and hours in a tap, and they follow you, so the next quiet Tuesday reaches people who already love the place. On an address you own, not a listing somebody rents you beside a competitor.

Open now, and free to start. Your address is yours as soon as you choose it.

In a sunny cafe a guest holds up his phone showing the Hearth Cafe table service page, beside a walnut table-top gate with its NexusG8 code, while a server walks over

The table-top gate

Tap it or scan it. Four buttons, one regular.

A walnut stand on every table with an NFC chip inside and your code on its face. A guest taps a phone on it or points a camera at it, and your page opens to the buttons you chose. No app, no sign up, and nothing about them kept.

  1. 1

    Ask for the check

Lands on your floor screen with the table number. Nobody waves, nobody waits to catch an eye.

  2. 2

    Need a refill

Another coffee, more water, a high chair: up to six buttons in your own words, each with its own icon.

  3. 3

    Review us

Send happy guests to the review site you choose, from the table, while the meal is still warm.

  4. 4

    See the menu

Your menu, today’s special and your hours, changed in a minute and never reprinted.

The problem

Busy every night, and you know almost nobody.

01

Four hundred covers and not one name.

The people who love your food cannot be told anything: not a new dish, not a quiet night, not a private event.

02

Your reviews live on a site that sells ads against you.

The relationship with your own guest is rented, from a platform that puts the place across the street beside you.

03

A raised hand, and nobody looking.

A guest waits, catches no one’s eye, and decides the service was slow. Nothing was wrong with the food.

The shift

Guests who eat and disappearRegulars who come back when you call

Today

  • Regulars you recognise but cannot reach
  • A printed menu, taped over when a price changes
  • Four apps and four addresses, none of them yours
  • A raised hand and no waiter looking

With NexusG8

  • A card on every table that knows which table it is on
  • Your menu, hours and today’s special, changed in a minute
  • Followers who hear the moment something is on
  • One address of your own, with everything behind it

What every community gets

An address, a Command Center and a live map.

The same rails every community on NexusG8 runs on, from the first day. Here is what each one means for you.

01 · Your address

One address. Every link behind it.

Your menu, your bookings, your delivery apps and your reviews sit behind one address that is yours. Switch a booking tool or drop a delivery app and the card on the table never changes, so nothing is reprinted.

02 · Your Command Center

Talk to the people who chose you.

Follow is one tap, instant and private. From your Command Center a new menu, a quiet night or an event reaches every follower in the app and by email, with no ad spend and no algorithm in between.

03 · Your live map

See who your regulars really are.

A live map of the people who follow you and come back: who they are, which nights they come, and who among them hosts, caters or runs a community of their own. The kind of picture a till has never given you.

Made for your floor

A concierge on every table.

Table service is live. You design up to six buttons in your own words, a guest taps the card or scans the code, and the request lands on your floor screen and on every steward’s phone. Nothing about the guest is kept: the table and what they asked for, and that is all.

Your buttons, your words

Water, the bill, a high chair, another round. Up to six, each with its own icon, or the four we start you with.

The floor knows who is waiting

One screen shows every open request and the day’s median wait, with a soft sound on a new one if you want it.

The same tap brings them back

Under the buttons sit your menu, your hours, today’s special and Follow, so a call for water becomes a regular.

How it works

Three steps, and you are in.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your place

Four fields and your Gate exists, with its own address. We set it up with you and you approve it.

  2. 2

Put a card on every table

Print them from your Command Center or have them made as NFC cards in your name. Each knows its table.

  3. 3

Run the floor, keep the regulars

Requests land on your screen, guests follow on the way out, and you reach them whenever there is something to say.

Questions

Good questions.

Do guests have to download anything?

No. The code opens a page in the phone’s own browser. No app, no sign-up, no account to press a button.

Will this replace our point of sale?

No, and it does not try to. Keep the till, the kitchen screen and the delivery apps. This is the part none of them do: the guest at the table, and the relationship afterwards.

What if staff miss a press?

Every press is on the floor screen with how long it has waited, and every steward is pinged. Nothing depends on one person watching.

Can we design our own buttons?

Up to six, in your own words and your own colour. A shisha lounge and a bakery do not need the same four.

Every table, a way back to you.

We print the table cards and set your Gate up with you. You approve it, and it is on the tables that week.
